LOVE ST BARTH, PARTNER OF THE SPIDER INVENTORY

Our president Hélène Bernier and Charline Bouquet, representing the brand / shop of t-shirts LOVE ST BARTH, has signed Saturday, August 24th a partnership agreement related to the inventory program of biodiversity that the association leads since 2011 .
The partnership, consisting to give 7% of the sales of its t-shirts, is part of the will of LOVE ST BARTH to support the work of eco-friendly and fair trade organizations. In addition to this partnership, LOVE ST BARTH bears indeed an attention to suppliers with which the brand works and chooses primarily companies or associations using the most environmentally friendly and certified fair trade materials as possible .
The money will be used to finance the spiders inventory led by Ph.D Patrick Marechal, Doctor of Science in life.
” We wanted to give our support to the association a while ago, said Charline Bouquet. But we were looking for a way to give more value to the action.” This is done today: in addition to financial aid , LOVE ST BARTH plans indeed to create a line of t -shirts highlighting some endangered spiders species of St. Barth.
” We did not imagine this type of partnership and were surprised and delighted when LOVE ST BARTH made this proposition, said Helene Bernier. Not only because we need the financial support of the community to carry out our actions, but also because it is one more example that economic development and sustainable development can go hand in hand ! ” concluded our president.
