HOPING TO SEE YOU ON EUROPEAN HERITAGE DAYS!

For the third time, the association is taking part in the European Heritage Days hold on the 16th and 17th of September throughout France, in partnership with the Collectivité and the St-Barth Héritage Association.

Organized by St Barth Heritage, saturday, September 16 is devoted to a open house or a commented tour on a heritage site that will be unveiled soon.

Sunday, September 17th is organized by the association St Barth Essential who wanted to highlight the intangible and natural heritage of St-Barthélemy through local playeurs who perpetuate the know-how and traditions.

During this day, which will be held from 10 am to 18pm at the Zion Garden in Saline, stands will be set up to learn more about heritage traditions & know-how related to traditional crafts & cuisine. It also includes a cooking competition -the best dish of cabri (click on the link to learn more)-, local music, games of yesteryear.

This day will also be an opportunity to discover the natural heritage of Saint-Barthélemy and the actions undertaken by the environmental associations and the l’Aence territoriale de l’evironnement.

Guided tours of the Saline on naturalistic or historical theme will be offered during the day.
