OUR OBSERVATIONS ON THE URBAN PLAN

Two years and a half after its annulment by the Administrative Court, a new draft of an urban plan was submitted for public consultation between April 18 and May 19, 2016. Reducing the constructibility rights, it still grants a volume of construction still too important and will not manage to prevent the emergence of mega villas, unsuited for our small territory.
